POLICIES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We want you to be very happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason ~ contact us, I am sure we can work something out. Items must be returned in original condition within 10 days. We will swap it or refund your purchase price, just give us a call first. You will need an RA# to write on the outside of your package. There may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and all special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for pre-approval before shipping~

Wrap the package securely and include the reason for the return and RA#.
The item should be returned via FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for refunds to show up on your credit card.

SHIPPING: We will ship your order the BEST WAY available, usually UPS or US POSTAL SERVICE.
Shipping to PO Boxes will be honored if possible.
We will ship OVERSEAS when possible, but the charge is always more than shown.
We package every item carefully.
Report Shipping Damage to Carrier immediately.
Any Free or Discounted Shipping Specials are to the US48 only.
Items Crafted by Hand: Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks to handcraft your items.
If you need your product faster, let us know and we will try to deliver! You will receive shipment tracking information via e-mail. Sometimes we experience greater demand for an item than forecast. We will let you know of any delay. Shipping is charged only once for each order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We have limited shipping to International customers, but we will try shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and time frames for International orders depend on the destination and will be quoted after the order. Place your order on-line as usual and we will email you with the additional shipping costs. After your approval, your order will be shipped.

SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged only on orders delivered within the state of Texas. The state of Texas requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order, including shipping charges.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

PRIVACY: We won't tell anybody anything about you!
